K.J. Wright, Dion Jordan inactive for Seahawks against Packers

Los Angeles Chargers v Seattle Seahawks

SEATTLE -- Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright is officially inactive for Thursday night's game against the Green Bay Packers after being listed as doubtful to play due to a knee injury.

Wright is the more notable player out for injury for Seattle as running back Chris Carson, safety Bradley McDougald and right guard D.J. Fluker are all set to return to full workloads after dealing with injuries of their own Sunday against the Los Angeles Rams.

Wright has played in just three games this season due to a knee injury that continues to be bothersome. He had surgery after the team's third preseason game in August and missed the first six weeks of the season while recovering. He was forced out of last Sunday's game against the Los Angeles Rams because of the injury.

Also out due to injury are cornerback Neiko Thorpe (groin), safety Delano Hill (quadriceps) and defensive end Dion Jordan (knee).

Thrope was listed as questionable after returning to practice for the first time in weeks, but head coach Pete Carroll hinted on Wednesday that with 10 days off until their next game Thorpe might be held out one more game so he can be fully beyond his injury.

Carroll said Hill likely would have been able to play if the game was on Sunday, but the short week was problematic for his chances. Jordan's absence seemed to be a season-long maintenance decision to get him through the year.

Jordan had been coming off maybe his most productive game of the year against the Rams.

Running back C.J. Prosise, guard Ethan Pocic and defensive tackle Poona Ford are the healthy scratches for Seattle.

Prosise is down with Chris Carson returning to the lineup. Jordan Simmons and Joey Hunt are active over Pocic and Nazair Jones is active over Ford for the first time in a while.

The Packers ruled out four players due to injury on Wednesday and they did not make the trip to Seattle. Cornerback Kevin King and wide receiver Randall Cobb are out with hamstring injuries. Safety Kentrell Brice has an ankle injury and linebacker Nick Perry is out with a knee issue.

Guard Lucas Patrick is also out due to a concussion. Quarterback Tim Boyle and offensive lineman Alex Light are the two healthy scratches for Green Bay. Cornerback Bashaud Breeland (groin) and linebacker Blake Martinez (ankle) are both active after being listed as questionable to play.
