In Amazon's series "All or Nothing" which follows the 2016 Los Angeles Rams team, much like Hard Knocks but for the entire season, we Seahawks fans are able to see just how dysfunctional the organization and specifically Head Coach Jeff Fisher was.
In a game against the New England Patriots last year, Fisher attempted to challenge a play. However, he couldn't find the red flag necessary to challenge the play. He was mic'ed up for the series of unfortunate events and the result will make you laugh. WARNING: Language.
Remember Jeff Fisher's challenge flag fiasco at Gillette last year? Here it is mic'd up, from the new "All or Nothing" season. pic.twitter.com/SwzwECGaFS— Zack Cox (@ZackCoxNESN) July 6, 2017
As you heard and watched, the refs gave Fisher enough time to find the red flag and drop it on the ground, however, it brings into question how long a coach can take to find their red flag to challenge a play. As Puck theorized, could Pete Carroll just throw his gum at an official and ask to challenge a play before waiting 10 minutes to put down a red flag?
