  • The NFC Divisional Round starts dramatically, with Russell Wilson marching the Seahawks all the way down the field. A 19 yard catch and run by Ed Dickson in the seam sets up a one yard touchdown run by Chris Carson to give Seattle a 7-0 early lead over powerhouse Philadelphia.
  • Philly responds with their own 5+ minute drive and tie the game at 7 with this 13 yard touchdown pass from Carson Wentz to Alshon Jeffrey.
  • A 3rd and 6 in-completion by Wilson setting up Jason Myers' first field goal of the day. He's good from 51 in the cold Philadelphia air to give Seattle a 10-7 lead.
  • After back to back punts, the Eagles drive down the field and are faced with a 3rd and 6 from the 14. The Seahawks secondary holds strong to create fourth down!
  • AND IT'S A FAKE! Eagles kicker Jake Elliott takes the toss going left, but he says HELLO to Barkevious Mingo! The pass rusher takes Elliott down long before the first down marker and Seattle takes over!
  • First downs by Dissly (x2) and Metcalf have Seattle at the 47. Then Wilson takes it up the middle for ten yards where Myers can set up for a 54 yard kick to end the first half.... AND IT'S GOOD! What a kick. Seahawks leading 13-7 at the half. Another upset brewing?!
  • Poona Ford sacks Carson Wentz on the first drive of the second half to keep Seattle's lead and keep the Eagles to a field goal, which is good to cut the Seahawks lead to 13-10.
  • Then, disaster. A Michael Dickson punt is blocked and recovered by Philly at the Seattle 35. And on the first play, DeSean Jackson beats Ugo Amadi on a crossing route and runs into the endzone. The 35 yard score gives the Eagles a 17-13 lead, mid third quarter.
  • Seattle gets to midfield. It's 3rd and 10 from the Eagles 47. Gotta make a play. Better go to the man who scored 12 this season. D. K. MET. CALF. FORTY. Seven. YARDS! What a throw. What a catch. Touchdown Seahawks. And they take back the lead, 20-17.
  • Oh no. On the ensuing kickoff, it's Darren Sproles. 102 yards. No. No. No. .... That's right, no. NO. Because of a block in the back! Ha! You can't do that, Philadelphia!
  • The Eagles will, however, take the drive into Seattle territory and tie the game on a 46 yard Jake Elliott field goal after Bradley McDougald smacks down a pass to the endzone. 20-20, with 12:01 left in the game. Here. We. Go.
  • Seattle gets to midfield but punts on a 4th and 2 with 8 minutes left. Then Philly strikes quick. 72 yards to DeSean Jackson, who easily beats Tre Flowers. And suddenly the Eagles have a 27-20 lead.
  • Five minutes left. Down seven. Gotta get points. But nope. This pass from Russell to Ed Dickson picks up nothing positive. And the Seahawks will punt it right back. Gulp.
  • Wentz moves the Eagles down the field to the 25, but three stops and two timeouts bring on Jake Elliott. He's good from 40. Hope fading, down 30-20.
