After the second day of Training Camp at the VMAC, Seattle Seahawks linebacker K.J. Wright sat down with Cliff Avril and Jason Puckett. Wright was brought back with a new contract after suffering an injury at the start of the 2018 season and returning for a campaign that included five games, 23 combined tackles and three tackles for loss, plus an outstanding performance in the playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys.
