Seattle Seahawks Training Camp at the VMAC kicked off on Thursday with players geared up and starting the 2019 season. The first camp interview for Cliff Avril and Jason Puckett is defensive tackle Poona Ford. Focusing on Ford today, the guys talked with #97 about his upcoming year and needing to step up with Jarran Reed out for the first six games. Ford played in 11 games in 2018, recording 21 combined tackles, 18 solo, three tackles for loss and two quarterback hits.
