Congratulations to the Philadelphia Phillies for making one of the biggest little league mistakes on the base paths. During Monday's game against the Boston Redsox, Odubel Herrera decided to head to second base after Rhys Hoskins was caught in a run-down between third and home. The weird part was Herrera decided to keep running all the way to home.
Let's just say it didn't work out too well...
