RENTON - The Seattle Seahawks will host the Green Bay Packers on Thursday, Sept. 4 to kickoff the 2014 season for the National Football League.

The Seahawks will have four games in primetime with the season opener against the Packers being the only one at home in CenturyLink Field. Seattle will play at Washington on Monday night in Week 5, at San Francisco on Thanksgiving night in Week 13 and at Arizona on Sunday night in Week 16.

The games against San Francisco and Arizona are part of particularly difficult stretch where Seattle plays four of their final seven games on the road and five of their final six games against the NFC West. Seattle will play the 49ers twice in three weeks.

The Seahawks will host the Denver Broncos in Week 3 in a rematch of Super Bowl 48.
