RENTON - T Breno Giacomini continues to be sidelined with a knee injury that could force him to miss Sunday's game against the Houston Texans.

Giacomini left last week's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars in the second quarter and was replaced by T Michael Bowie. Giacomini has yet to practice this week and head coach Pete Carroll seemed unsure of his status during Wednesday's press conference.

If Giacomini can't play, that would likely put Bowie in the starting lineup to face off against DE J.J. Watt. While it could be an imposing task to handle Watt for seasoned veterans, Bowie would be making his first start agains the reigning NFL Defensive Player of the Year. However, Bowie is excited for the opportunity to prove himself should he have to play this week.

"I'm ready to go. I live for moments like this. I'm anxious," Bowie said.

While Giacomini was still sidelined, Seattle did see several players return to practice on Thursday.

WR Jermaine Kearse (ankle), DE Red Bryant (back), DE Michael Bennett (groin) and RB Marshawn Lynch (non-injury) all fully returned to practice on Thursday after sitting out practice on Wednesday.

C Max Unger (arm) was limited after also sitting out Wednesday.

For the Houston Texans, a pair of key offensive players were limited in practice Thursday. T Duane Brown (toe) and WR Andre Johnson (shin) were both able to participate in limited fashion and head coach Gary Kubiak indicated both will be game-time decisions Sunday against Seattle.
